PulteGroup’s Northeast Corridor Division Helps Build a New Future for Veteran Family

When Sandro Moreta and his family arrived at their new home in the Spring Lake Community, the welcome was warm and well-earned. But what stood out most wasn’t the ceremony. It was what this home represents for their future.

This home and the moment surrounding it were made possible by the dedication and care of PulteGroup’s Northeast Corridor Division, whose team, along with many trade partners, brought the vision to life and showed up in full force to support the family. Through our Built to Honor program and in partnership with Operation Homefront, this isn’t just a home being handed over. It’s a shift. A release. A chance to move forward without the same weight.

For Sandro, a Marine Corps veteran and Purple Heart recipient, that weight has been real. And while no home can change the past, this one creates space for healing, for presence, for simply being a dad.
