PulteGroup Names Josh Graeve Southwest Florida Division President

PulteGroup, Inc. (NYSE: PHM) announces the promotion of Josh Graeve to president of the company’s Southwest Florida operations. With more than 18 years of experience with the company, Graeve will have full operational and financial responsibility for PulteGroup’s homebuilding activities, including over 30 communities in the Naples, Fort Myers and Sarasota market.

Graeve has served the Southwest Florida division in multiple roles, most recently leading its sales operations as the Vice President of Sales. He was promoted to this position from General Sales Manager in 2015. He first joined the company as a sales consultant in 2004 upon graduating from college.

“Josh is a proven and respected leader with nearly two decades of experience across all facets of the homebuilding operation,” said Richard McCormick, PulteGroup Florida area president. “His strategic approach, in-depth market knowledge and people-first leadership will ensure our continued growth and success in this market.”

Graeve holds a BS in Behavioral Psychology and Minor in Business Administration from the University of Florida and a Financial Management Certificate from Cornell University.
