PulteGroup Breaks Ground on First North Carolina Triad-Area Community
Falls Grove by Pulte Homes will begin production in High Point this year
PulteGroup, one of America’s largest homebuilding companies, broke ground and held a ribbon cutting ceremony in late April at Falls Grove, located at 985 Horneytown Road in High Point. Jay Wagner, the Mayor of High Point, attended the event, along with PulteGroup staff, the High Point Chamber of Commerce, and local media.
“As part of our recently announced expansion efforts to the Triad, Falls Grove represents the official entry-point of PulteGroup to the Region. Affordably priced from the $200s, Falls Grove will consist of 123 one-car contemporary townhomes and 23 two-story/open concept single family homes throughout its 27 acres off Highway 66 on the east side of Horneytown Road, just south of Hedgecock Road. Amenities will include a dog park, gathering areas, and a pavilion to meet up with friends and neighbors. Residents will enjoy living in the highly regarded Ledford School district and nearby access to Highway 66, I-74, and I-40. Downtown High Point in only 5 miles away, with Winston-Salem and Greensboro easily reachable as well, at distances of 15 miles and 23 miles, respectively.
“We expect to begin construction on our models and first production late 2021 with first sales anticipated mid-2022 in Falls Grove,” said Hillmann.
