SUMMERVILLE, SC Aug. 2, 2018 — Two professionally decorated model homes are now available to tour at Sanctuary Cove in Cane Bay, a new Centex neighborhood of affordable one- and two-story homes located 25 miles northwest of downtown Charleston.

More than twice as large at 3,251 square feet and up to six bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths, the Pennington is priced at under $292,000 and is expected to attract families who want more room to grow.
