27,000-square-foot amenity center will be recreational and social hub of active adult community

HOUSTON – October 21, 2011 – Del Webb, the nation’s leading brand for active adult communities, unveiled its plans for The Lakehouse at Del Webb Sweetgrassin Richmond, Texas. Construction is already underway with completion slated for late Spring 2012.

From book clubs and educational seminars to day trips and volunteer work, the residents at Del Webb Sweetgrass, have already been abuzz with activity. Now, they can look forward to all the components of their busy lifestyles being housed in the one-of-a-kind 27,000-square-foot amenity center.

By the time the amenity center is completed in Spring 2012, it is expected that between 150 and 180 single-family homes will have been built. Upon completion, Sweetgrass will feature approximately 1,500 single-family homes.
