EDEN PRAIRIE, MN, September 27, 2017 – PulteGroup, Inc., one of the nation’s largest homebuilders, recently announced the promotion of Jamie Tharp to Division President of Minnesota. She will report to Tony Barbee, PulteGroup’s North Area President.
Ms. Tharp, 36, has worked at PulteGroup for more than six years. She has served the Division in multiple roles, including Director of Marketing, Land Acquisition Manager, Director of Market Intelligence, and most recently, as the Vice President of Sales. Additionally, she is the first woman division president represented among the top homebuilders in the Twin Cities.
“Jamie has more than 12 years of experience across all facets of the homebuilding operation,” said Barbee. “She has shown great leadership, market knowledge, and a results-oriented approach that will allow us to grow our operations, as well as remain a top-performing homebuilder in the Twin Cities.”
Pulte currently has 24 actively selling communities throughout the area, from Plymouth to Woodbury.
Ms. Tharp is a graduate of the University of Saint Thomas – School of Business. She is life-long resident of Minnesota and now resides in Hastings with her husband, Ben and two children.
