Pulte Homes Underscores Its Commitment to Corporate Governance with Public Report Disclosing Political Spending

BLOOMFIELD HILLS, Mich., Feb 26, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Pulte Homes, Inc. (NYSE: PHM) today announced that, as part of its commitment to good corporate governance practices, the Company will begin disclosing its political contributions. The company also will implement board oversight of its political spending.

Pulte Homes is adopting comprehensive reporting of its soft money contributions and payments to trade associations and other tax-exempt organizations used for political purposes. In implementing these steps, Pulte Homes joins a growing list of Fortune 500 companies that are adopting similar programs.
