July 31, 2017 – Sales are underway for lakefront homes at Shoreview at Lakewood Ranch Waterside, Pulte Homes' new community and Lakewood Ranch’s newest village located east of I-75, south of University Parkway off Deer Drive in Sarasota County. A new sales center is now open and visitors can preview two decorated model homes and newly released homesites with long lake views.
“The response has been tremendous since our sales consultants started taking reservations June 1, and now reservations for homesites in the first phase of Shoreview are being converted into sales contracts,” said Josh Graeve, vice president of sales for Pulte’s Southwest Florida division.
Pulte Homes will be building 246 one- and two-story homes nestled around two expansive pristine lakes totaling 144 acres at Shoreview. Nine consumer-inspired home designs are available to choose ranging from 2,488 square feet of living area to over 4,500 square feet, priced from the $500s to over $1 million.

Two new model homes will be premiered at a grand opening event on July 29 from 1-3 p.m., according to Graeve.
The models include the Camelot, featuring an open kitchen, formal dining room, covered lanai, owner's retreat off the downstairs owne'rs suite, and the Pinnacle, designed to accommodate both entertaining and relaxed everyday living with a kitchen that opens onto a gathering room, dining area and covered lanai, and family private spaces like the den and owner’s suite.
