Company continues its investment in four new communities in Hamilton County
INDIANAPOLIS, January 26, 2017 – Pulte Homes, one of the largest homebuilders in the Indianapolis market, is continuing its strong investment in the area with introducing new communities and presenting new home designs to best meet the strong housing demand of millennials, families and empty-nesters.
According to PulteGroup’s Indianapolis Division President Scott Mairn, the Company had one of its best years in 2016 with 724 closings and 23 actively-selling communities in the Greater Indianapolis area.

Andover Crossings in Westfield
Andover Crossings features brand new exterior elevations featuring six home designs with open, spacious floorplans for family living and 3-car garage space. The community is in the top-rated Westfield-Washington School district and near popular amenities such as Grand Park and Clay Terrace, an upscale outdoor shopping mall. Prices start from the $230s.
Viking Meadows in Westfield
This multi-generational community includes a new section catered to empty nesters with spacious ranch-style homes. According to Mairn, baby boomers are the housing market’s fastest-growing category and there is little new construction available to meet the housing lifestyle needs of the 55+ market. The Castle Rock floorplan is the new featured model available for tours. Homebuyers can choose from four new home designs that start in the $220s.
Additionally, the Manors at Viking Meadows features two-story single-family homes and offers four home designs to choose from starting in the $320s.
The Haven in Fishers
A final section of wooded, private homesites with never before seen home designs are now available at The Haven in Fishers. The newest four home designs - the Belfort, Strasbourg, Lyon, Bourges - feature elegant single-level homes with open floorplans, optional lofts and walkout basements.
