Pulte Homes Continues Investment in Greater Indianapolis

Seven new communities opening for sales in first half of 2016
 INDIANAPOLIS, IND. – Feb. 22, 2015 – Pulte Homes is opening six new communities in the highly-desirable markets of Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville and Zionsville, totaling more than 860 homesites.

Woods at Shelborne in Carmel – An exclusive neighborhood with only 48 homesites – Woods at Shelborne opened its Plan 4150 model home in January. Located in the top-rated Carmel-Clay School District, the community offers five executive home designs with wooded homesites adjacent to common areas and natural open space. Single family estate homes ranging from3,872-4,148 sq. ft. with four bedrooms offer abundant upgraded finishes and features such as 10-ft or 9-ft ceilings, spacious owner’s retreat and built-in gourmet kitchen configuration. Prices start in the $559,990.
 
Clark Meadows at Anson in Zionsville – Nestled in a life, work and play master-planned community, Pulte’s Clark Meadows is the perfect family-friendly neighborhood with community pool and playground, 200 acres of greenspace, parks and trails. Pulte introduced its Manor Series in January with six new home designs including the innovative new Glenburne model, being offered for the first time in the market. Clark Meadows offers 13 home designs ranging from 2,323 – 3,412+ sq. ft. of space and three-car garages. Families can choose from large homesites and cul-de-sac lots. Pricing in the Crossings Series starts at $239,900 and in the Manors Series at $312,990.
 
Hidden Pines in Zionsville – There are three series of home designs in this 145 homesite master-plan community. The Heritage Series features grand single-level living, and the Reserves and Estates Series offer a range of luxury single- and two-level family homes. This private, wooded setting between Zionsville and Carmel grand opens on February 27 with the debut of the Deer Valley and Naples models. There are 15 home designs – with three never been seen floorplans in Indianapolis, ranging from 2,626-5,271 sq. ft. Prices range from $349,900-$609,900.
 
Hunters Run in Fishers – Grand opening in April, the community offers dedicated greenspace and common areas throughout the neighborhood with wooded and pond-view homesites. Ranging from 2,323-3,120 sq. ft., there are two distinct design series starting in the low $200s. The community is in the highly-acclaimed Hamilton Southeastern School District, less than two miles from I-69, three miles to Saxony Lake and Park, and five minutes from Hamilton Town Center, outdoor shopping and dining.
 
Blue Ridge Creek in Noblesville – Located in the Hamilton Southeastern School District, Blue Ridge Creek grand opens on March 19 with six new home designs on wooded and pond-view homesites. The community is minutes from Hamilton Town Center shopping, I-69 and 146th Street, and is within walking distance to the coming-soon Eastside Park and YMCA with aquatic center, athletic fields and playground. Homes range from 2,323 – 3,297 sq. ft. and start from the $220s.
 
Village of WestClay in Carmel – Pulte Homes is grand opening a new model in the Chelmsford neighborhood in the Village of WestClay on March 12. The Village of WestClay is one of the most prestigious traditional neighborhood developments in Indiana. The community boasts 160 acres of open space, close proximity to village retail shops and restaurants and the 120-acre Hamilton County Park adjacent to the Village. Pulte will be selling homesites in the Frogmore, Northlake and Chelmsford neighborhoods, situated close to City Center with homes ranging from 4,500 to 5,200+ sq. ft. with luxurious, high-end features.
 
Village of WestClay – Townhomes in Carmel – Pulte Homes is also introducing a new product line of townhomes to the Indianapolis market.  These new-to-market designs reflect WestClay’s charming and traditional architectural elegance, and will grand open on March 28. Providing buyers with pedestrian-friendly living, it is located in the heart of City Center within walking distance to businesses, restaurants and shops.
