Pulte Homes Announces First Colorado Community Model Grand Opening After Reentering the Denver Market Last Year

DENVER, April 25, 2022 – Pulte Homes today announced the grand opening of four model homes in its new community, The Aurora Highlands. This marks the first model grand opening in the Denver market in nearly 10 years. The model unveiling event is set for Saturday, April 30^th.

The Aurora Highlands community will offer 10 new home designs from two of its most popular collections: the Pinnacle and Crest.
 

• The Pinnacle Collection is comprised of five detached single- and two-story home designs on 50’ x 110’ homesites ranging in size from 1,809 to 2,829 sq. ft. featuring three to six bedrooms, flexible spaces for a den, private office or home gym, lofts, two-car garages and unfinished basements.
• The Crest Collection features five detached single- and two-story home designs but on 60’ x 110-120’ homesites ranging in size from 2,262 to 3,308 sq. ft. These homes include four to six bedrooms, with open living spaces and rooms such as dens or lofts. Options include a first level bedroom or flex living space, three-car garage, and finished basements.

With innovative floorplans with functional spaces in each collection, all homes can be uniquely personalized at Pulte Homes’ professional design center, with easy customization options and design features. Upon completion, the community will be comprised of 243 homes. Pricing starts at $605,990.
