Pulte Homes has acquired 206 lots in Jurupa Valley and has already started construction on its new community that will open for sales in early 2016. Pulte’s Serrano Ranch community will feature modern consumer-inspired ranch and two-level floorplans that include separate living areas designed for multi-generational families.
