The active adult community offers 14 home designs created exclusively for those 55 and older. Prospective homeowners were able to tour six models at the event: Ellenwood, Mainstay Grand, Mystique, Prosperity, Renown and Stardom, plus the brand-new design studio. Prices start in the mid-$200s.
