ATLANTA, GA – July 25, 2016 – Del Webb communities dominate the list of Best 55+ Communities in America for 2016 as released this week by 55Places.com. Seventeen Del Webb communities are on the list, which was compiled by 55places.com after touring active adult communities across the nation and assessing features such as amenities, high quality homes and lifestyle and affordability.
Del Webb's Sun City Texas in Georgetown is in the top
five of the 55 Best 55+ Communities in America list.

In addition, built-out Del Webb communities on the list include Sun City, Sun City West and Sun City Grand near Phoenix; Sun City Summerlin and Sun City Anthem near Las Vegas; Sun City Lincoln Hills, Sun City Roseville and Sun City Palm Desert in California; and Sun City Huntley near Chicago.
These age-restricted communities featured on the list were chosen based on feedback, research, and information gathered from on-site tours of each active adult community visited this year by the 55 Places staff. The group also used analytical data gathered on 55places.com to help determine which communities were the most popular.
