Del Webb at Traditions in Wake Forest Hosts Model Park Grand Opening

Tour the Dunwoody Way Home, a Bronze Award Winner from the Wake County Parade of Homes

WAKE FOREST, N.C., October 12, 2017Del Webb at Traditions in Wake Forest is hosting a model park grand opening on Saturday, October 14 where consumers can tour four designer-decorated model homes, including the Dunwoody Way home design, which was awarded the Bronze Award this week from the Wake County Parade of Homes.
 
Del Webb at Traditions is an active adult community featuring 452 home sites and located within the well-established, award-winning master planned community of Traditions of Wake Forest on Gilcrest Road. Dunwoody Way Wins Bronze
The Dunwoody Way Model located in Del Webb at Traditions in Wake Forest was awarded the Bronze in Category 10: $501,000 - $525,000 this week at the Wake County Parade of Homes Award Ceremony. Homes are judged based on exterior and interior criteria with the top 3 scores awarded Gold, Silver and Bronze.
 
Part of the Pinnacle Series, the Dunwoody Way model boasts 3,689 sq. ft. of space and is the perfect home for entertaining.
