Builder now offers three Dallas-area active adult communities showcasing the renowned Del Webb lifestyle

“With 13 years of experience serving the active adult buyer in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, we see the market opportunity for Del Webb in this area not only expanding, but evolving,” said Bryan Swindell, Dallas division president for PulteGroup (NYSE: PHM). “As our communities continue to be focused on meeting the needs of today’s baby boomers, the oldest Gen Xers are turning 55 and preparing for the next exciting phase of their lives. Our deep understanding of changing lifestyle trends among active adults is reflected in the development of each Del Webb community nationally and here in Dallas.”
Each Dallas-area Del Webb community has a distinct appeal for pre-retirees and retirees alike – from resort-style amenities to locations near city centers and employment corridors for still-working residents, and all are convenient to local airports. Consistent with Del Webb communities across the country, the focus is on an active lifestyle, centered around the amenities and facilitated clubs, activities and programs that allow residents to thrive.
The variety of consumer-inspired home designs found at each Del Webb community is the result of extensive consumer research and analysis of buyer feedback that reflect the way this buyer segment lives in their homes. Single-story, open concept layouts lend themselves to entertaining and versatile flex spaces ensure homeowners can customize their home to fit their needs.
“Active adult buyers today have high expectations, and we believe our Dallas-area Del Webb communities offer the amenities, the home designs, and the unmatched lifestyle to allow them to live life to the fullest,” said Swindell.
