PulteGroup’s in-house design team oversaw the interior design and merchandizing of nearly 1 million square feet of new model homes and amenities in 2015 alone, including the interior decorating of well more than 300 Pulte, Centex and Del Webb model homes across the country.
“Model homes not only help homebuyers visualize the space, but can provide an aspirational experience for people seeking ideas and inspiration,” says Janice Jones, vice president of merchandising for PulteGroup. “We spent more than $15 million in 2015 to ensure our models reflect the hottest design trends and interior innovations.”
