Built to Honor Celebrates 40th Home Dedication

 In just a few years, PulteGroup’s Built to Honor program has reached a significant milestone. On Friday, July 8, our West Florida team will hold a key ceremony for Retired U.S. Army Sgt. John Jaramillo and his family – Built to Honor’s 40th home dedication. The 40th Built to Honor home dedication represents a huge achievement for PulteGroup, which has built and donated mortgage-free homes for injured veterans in 15 states since 2013.

Pulte Zero Net Energy Home Prototype

PulteGroup is building a zero net energy (ZNE) home prototype in Northern California, becoming the largest builder to participate in a pilot aimed at building new homes to achieve maximum energy efficiency and utility grid load reduction. The home’s design combines near airtight building methods, highly efficient insulation, HVAC, lighting technologies and more, with on-site energy producing technologies like solar power to achieve maximum energy efficiency.
