Pulte Homes operations garnered 13 top rankings in customer satisfaction, and were ranked No. 2 in three markets and No. 3 in five markets. Pulte Homes operations ranked among the top three builders in 18 of the 22 markets in which they were surveyed for customer satisfaction in 2009 - the highest of any homebuilder.

For its 2009 New-Home Builder Customer Satisfaction StudySM, J.D. Power and Associates(R) focused on individuals that purchased a new single-family detached or attached home during 2008. Qualifying builders in each market had to have a minimum of 150 home closings in the prior year and a minimum of 50 returned questionnaires.
