Pulte Homes, Inc. (NYSE:PHM), today announced the hiring of Deborah W.
Meyer as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, a newly
created position within the organization.
Ms. Meyer will report directly to
Richard J. Dugas, Jr.
, Chairman and
CEO, and will be responsible for development and implementation of a
comprehensive brand strategy following the Company’s recently completed
merger with Centex Corporation. Ms. Meyer will work to align the
distinct sales, marketing and homebuying experiences that exist within
the Pulte Homes, Centex and Del Webb brands.

Prior to joining Pulte, Ms. Meyer held senior marketing positions
including serving as Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for
Chrysler, LLC, and Vice President of Marketing for Lexus, a division of
Toyota Motor Sales.

A Detroit native, Meyer received a bachelor's degree in economics from
Wellesley College and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania's
Wharton School. She began her career at Chase Manhattan Bank in New
York. In 2005, Meyer was named one of the "100 Leading Women in the
North American Automotive Industry" by Automotive News.
