PulteGroup Prices $1 Billion Senior Notes Offering as Strong Demand Allows Company to Upsize Transaction

PulteGroup, Inc. (NYSE: PHM) announced today that it has priced $1.0 billion in aggregate principal amount of senior unsecured notes, consisting of $400 million aggregate principal amount of its existing 4.250% senior notes due March 1, 2021, and $600 million aggregate principal amount of 5.000% senior notes due January 15, 2027.
