PulteGroup announced today that its Michigan division has been awarded a 2017 Top Workplaces honor by The Detroit Free Press. The Top Workplaces lists are based solely on surveys about the workplace completed by their employees.
ATLANTA – Oct. 24, 2017 - PulteGroup, Inc. announced today financial results for its third quarter ended September 30, 2017. For the quarter, the Company’s reported net income was $178 million, or $0.58 per share.
The Del Webb Baby Boomer Survey explored homebuying habits of the 55+ buyer, noting that 39 percent of baby boomers stating that retirement is the primary reason for purchasing their next home with 11 percent looking to buy within the year.

PulteGroup has recently deployed a virtual sales center where consumers can take themselves through a self-guided tour using a gaming controller to view the floor plan on a large screen TV.
