Del Webb Wilmington Part of the RiverLights Master-Planned Community Honored by Where to Retire Magazine

The RiverLights master-planned community, home to Del Webb Wilmington, has been awarded a Best Neighborhood designation by Where to Retire magazine. The award recognizes outstanding master-planned and active adult communities. 

PulteGroup's Michigan Division Named Developer of the Year

PulteGroup’s Michigan Division was recently named Developer of the Year for 2018 by the Homebuilders Association of Southeastern Michigan. Brandon Jones, Michigan division president, accepted the award at the group’s annual awards ceremony in December.

PulteGroup Named HIVE 50 Innovator for Atlanta’s First Smart Neighborhood

PulteGroup announced today its selection as a 2018 HIVE 50 Innovator. HIVE brings together thinkers from inside and outside of the homebuilding industry to inspire creative change in all aspects of homebuilding. Presented by Hanley Wood, honorees are selected by a team of editors in recognition of the top 50 innovators in housing that are leading the charge to inspire creativity, improve performance, and explore better ways to build. 

PulteGroup Raises Quarterly Cash Dividend 22% to $0.11 Per Share

ATLANTA, Dec. 6, 2018 - PulteGroup, Inc. (NYSE: PHM) announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a 22% increase in the Company’s quarterly cash dividend to $0.11 per common share.  The Company’s next dividend of $0.11 per share is payable January 3, 2019, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 18, 2018.
